Chris Price is a composer/arranger from Spokane Washington. Having an interest in all things music, Chris has written for several different ensemble types, including choirs, full orchestras, and drum and bugle corps. He's a brass arranger for The Boise Gems Drum and Bugle Corps, writing out brass parts, creating overall structure of pieces, and producing sounds and other effects for the shows to use. Chris went to Whitworth University, where he studied composition as well as some computer science. With a strong background in computer science, Chris has always been interested in combining his knowledge of tech and music together. Before mainstream AI, Chris developed a music AI in college, creating music in an aleatoric manner using a script written by himself. To this day Chris still combines his love of music and programming together, even creating this website you're currently on! From joining ensembles in his region to staying up late writing music, Chris is always looking for ways to expand his musical identity.
